รายละเอียดงาน
- Responsible for account receivable and billing
- Reconcile account record and tax posted each month (Output Vat, WHT)
- Performing Bank Reconciliation AR
- Set up and maintain customer files
- Prepares AR Report, analysis overdue reasons and proposes solutions for collection
- Coordinate with other department such as Sales regarding of credited customers
- Negotiate with clients in non-payment cases
- Prepare monthly, and forecasting reports
- Others task job as assigned

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
2. 2-6 years of experience in AR
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
4. Experience in working for a public company is advantaged
5. Experience in accounting software (Express) would be an advantage
6. Ability to prioritize, plan and organize work in a busy environment
7. Attention to details and self-motivation
8. Strong analytical skills and problem solving
