About you

You will be an experienced, hands-on Sales engineer who thrives in independent working environment driven by sales targets and commission based incentives. A strong networker who demonstrates initiative and passion, you will be able to establish credibility and buy in from stakeholders at all levels of our business. Previous experience working within CNC Sales sectors will be highly sought along with a commercially minded and flexible approach. A growth mindset towards learning new products and skills is essential to performing well.

Responsibilities and Role:

• Be responsible for enhancing and optimizing sales of CNC machine and metrology equipment in the local region.

• To implement strategic sales tactics and skills to achieve sales targets, develop sales proposals, negotiate and close deals, and to ensure that sales growth is in line with business strategies.

• Excellent customer service and support by assuring that clients’ need are responsive with the correct and prompt resolution.

• To co-ordinate with the customer service / logistics teams regarding all order processing to ensure on-time delivery of goods to customers.

• To track, report current and future sales opportunities on a monthly basis to the upper management

• To act as a reputable face of the company when presenting yourself to external stakeholders (Suppliers, Current customers, Potential Customers)

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Male / Female 25-35 years old, Thai nationality.
2. Bachelor Degree in any related fields.
3. At least 3 years working experience in the CNC / Tooling industry.
4. Service-minded, self-motivated, results-driven, and strong sales acumen.
5. Possess excellent presentation, planning & organizing skills.
6. Able to work independently as well as being a good team player to service teams.
7. Good command of English will be an added advantage.
8. Own car with driving license.
9. Able to travel abroad or upcountry when required.
10. Computer literate with basic excel skills.
