ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
Process Engineer
1. Prepare procedures, reports, specifications, calculations, estimates, data sheets, drawings, review material requisitions and provide technical bid evaluation, and including reviewing and approving contractor, subcontractor’s documentation
2. Perform process simulations and develop Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Heat and Material Balances, including design and mechanical design conditions for equipment and piping components.
3. Periodically participate in HAZOP studies.

ISO Committee
1. Ensure Quality Management System is implemented within the company and that it is suitable and effective, and promotes continual improvement.
2. Arrange management reviews and internal and external quality audits.
3. Assist the Procurement Manager in the evaluation of subcontractors, as required.
4. Liaise with other departments and outside bodies for all quality-related work.
5. Prepare, review, and approve procedures, reports, and other documents related to the department.
6. Maintain professional standards and be responsible for creating awareness and for compliance with the company’s policies, directions, Quality, Environmental, Health, and Safety Management Systems, etc. within the department.

ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
1. Support external and internal audits in Electro Static Discharge (ESD S20.20) and ISO 9001:2015 Requirements.
2. Provide Quality Engineering support to Manufacturing to maintain Quality requirements
3. Control documentation such as SOPs, procedures, work instructions, etc.
4. Develop, implement, and maintain an effective ESD control program, based on ESD Control Program Specifications by ANSI/ESD S20.20 -2021.
5. Develop specific ESD performance measures to monitor progress toward established goals and objectives.
6. Facilitate and analyze ESD compliance across department and entity lines.
7. Responsible for ensuring that the EPA is well protected and all the material used in the ESD safe area is within the defined specifications.
8. Provide training to all personnel who handle ESD devices and assemblies to ensure that those involved are aware of the static fundamentals and proper handling methods.
