- Responsible for controlling the production process Control the quality of products to meet the standards. Increase opportunity and competitiveness sustainability for the company.
- Be able to plan, analyze, manage resources, manage costs, develop production processes both quantity and increase productivity.
- Develop and improve the production process of automatic mechanization. and machinery used in production to increase efficiency.
- Coordinate with other internal departments such as marketing, sales, purchasing to operate in the same
direction. And according to the specified plan.
- Supervise the work of employees to meet the standards. regulations and to be aware of work safety.
- Evaluate the performance of employees under command.
