ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
 Monitoring the day-to-day management of Health, Safety, and Environmental issues.
 Participating in the follow-up and close-out of corrective actions that arise from operational activities, meetings, or audits that take place within the area of responsibility.
 Maintaining regular and effective liaison with employees, all levels of management in the Project, the clients, and the local HSE authorities.
 Developing and maintaining safe working procedures and HSE plans as necessary for controlling site and associated office normal or emergency activities.
 Working with employees to make sure they have an understanding of the importance of a good safety culture.
 Liaison with key person/safety committee including management team regarding OHS&E performance.
 Conduct trend analysis from incidents, near misses, safe behavior observations and compliance audits including risk assessment.
 Maintaining all HSE records required by the Management System, ISO 9001, 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
 Overall control safety function for Manpower group Thailand.

 Completing safety and environmental inspections, identifying issues and developing corrective action plans to insure compliance with applicable safety, health and environmental regulations including state and local regulations
 Conducting safety training orientation sessions to ensure that (EHS) policies and procedures are followed

 Assesses sufficient budget for based training programs. Provide the training, education and guidance to key staffs including all staffs.
 Liaison with key person/safety committee including management team regarding OHS&E performance.
 Conduct trend analysis from incidents, near misses, safe behavior observations and compliance audits including risk assessment.
 Develop and deploy internal SHE auditing and inspection systems, participate in audits from global auditors as required.
 Monitors changes to regulatory requirements and update OHS&E Management System, rules and procedures.
 Promotes OHS&E and disseminates OHS&E information.
 Reviewed and ensured that quality system processes and procedures were in compliance with all required standards and corporate policies.
 Provided leadership and training on the quality control/management system to customer, direct managers and staffs.
 Audited the quality system in order to guarantee its correct application and continuous improvement.
 Responsible for QA incoming inspection group, risk analysis.
