Maintain and support the customers OS (Linux, Unix, HP-UX, Database), VMware, Oracle, Solaris and Storage.
Ensure the exceptional delivery of projects to customers.
Ensures that robust backup and recovery procedures are in place monitored and reported on regularly
Investigates and analyzes technical information and draw conclusion
On-going expands the counsel based on the current technological development/trends in area of expertise
Provide projects support and troubleshootin
Implement network and Wireless network Infrastructure in customer site
Investigation, troubleshooting, find the root cause when the incident or problem occur.
Report and escalate issues to vendors or 2nd line support if necessary.
Working time 8.00-17.00 and can working overtime or holiday in occasionally
Other job assignment related to network system
Design and Programming Java application Software. Contribute to the development team by sharing knowledge of applications. Design and Coding for an urgent requirement for support cutomer.
