รายละเอียดงาน
- Responding to incoming incidents and requests via telephone call ,email and line
- Log incidents and requests on ticket tools with right category defined in the system
- Ensure incidents and requests close on time or within SLA agreed
- Follow up incidents and request that still pending to engineers
- Prioritising actions and escalations by problem severity and business impact
- Creating training materials and guides for clients
- Providing Cloud service monthly report for clients
- Collaborating with others to ensure that information collected and provided are correct

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, or related fields
2. Welcome new graduates
3. Have a good communication skills
4. Have a basic knowledge on information technology such as servers, storage and network
5. Able to work as a team
6. Able to understand things quickly
7. Able to work after working hour and weekend
8. ***Able to work in shifts (08.00 - 17.00, 09.00 - 18.00, 15.00 - 24.00)
