อัตรา 1

รายละเอียดงาน
1.Implement company’s policies, manage personnel and improve existing process concerned with company’s development and reduce cost.
2.Develop recipe improvement for new/appropriate products, process improvement to enhance process, evaluation methods for products.
3.In charge of introducing outsourcing technology/recipe and releasing to production plant.
4.Arrange and organize plant trial.
5.Help and treat customers’ requirements and complaints.
6.Supervise internal and external quality reports and sample reports.
7.Supervise documents maintenance and control system.
8.Supervise quality control and deal with abnormal matters.
9.Supervise SHE, Safety Health and Environment, system and deal with related matters with SHE specialist.
10.Implement projects planning and establish and annual budgets and capital expenditures.
11.Communication, coordination and compilation of corresponding projects operation, tracing and controlling of project process.
12.Complete corresponding objectives.
13.Implement the tasks and safety regulations assigned by company to ensure that all work successfully.
14.Provide guidance and direction to subordinates for accomplishing goals and developing annual budgets to optimize company resources.
15.Consolidate statistical quality reports and suggest how to maintain and upgrade operation efficiency.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Male or Female, Age 35-45 year old
2. Bachelor degree or higher in Chemical Engineering and associated fields
3. At least 8-10 years experience in manufacture or 5-years experience in engineering management of chemical enterprises
4. English Communication Capability included listen, speak, read and write abilities
5. Meet the basic physical examination (health without color blindness)
6. Knowledge of management and problem solving skills
7. Knowledge in ISO 9001
8. Able to be flexible in working hours
