The HR Client Services Officer in the Customer Contact Centre is part of a small, customer focused team which responds to, or redirects, the majority of HR related enquiries for the Department. In this busy and dynamic role, you will:

Respond to employee queries about their pay, leave and entitlements by phone and via a customer relationship management system
Explain award and agreement provisions across a multi-award environment (there are over 20) in a clear and concise way
Assist users with their HR system web interface, HR Kiosk
Assist our clients in a wide range of other activities.
To undertake these activities, you will need to be proficient in the use of various HR technologies, including, but not limited to, a significant HR Information Management System, HR Kiosk, SharePoint and a client relationship management system, to name a few.

Other duties will also arise, such as updating HR forms or managing online content or assisting with business improvement projects.

1. Maintain and manage the employee database to be accurate and up to date.
2. Support resources business partner team for other assignments if required. Ensure all Human Resource related topics are delivered to the business partner in an optimized way
3. Execute people initiatives, provide great internal customer support, and drive HR functional excellence and process improvement.
4. Communicate with line managers to ensure that HR strategies, policies, systems, and processes are implemented effectively.
5. Be the point of contact for HR service and policy.
6. Make the process of onboarding and off boarding smoother.
7. Collaborates with subject matter experts across human resources and the business to understand and deliver on data needs.
8. Generate HR reports and assist in other ad-hoc HR projects as assigned

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. 1. 3-5 years of solid in full in HRBP, HRM .and strong HR understanding, such as HR Business Partner, Compensation and Benefits, Labor Law and Regulation Compliance
2. 2. Can demonstrate building strong relationships with client groups.
3. 3. Strong communication in both Thai and English.
4. 4. Can demonstrate the ability to appropriately challenge and influence stakeholders.
5. 5. Experience with projects and change management.
6. 6. Strong people communication, problem solving, hands-on, initiative, and able to work independently.
7. 7. Able to travel.
8. • Can drive car and have license. (Specially considered).
