Broad Function:
Provide supports to EHS&S Manager to ensure compliance of industrial hygiene (IH) management system with J&J industrial hygiene standards and local laws and regulations.
Principal Responsibilities:
Assist EHS&S Manager to report to local government to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations on chemical and industrial hygiene requirements
Develops and maintains procedures related to chemical, IH and process safety management [PSM] practices
Assists EHS&S Manager in identifying and conducting the IH related training and other EHS&S awareness programs for all employees
Periodically conduct IH qualitative and quantitative Monitoring throughout the plant and office e.g. noise level, chemical exposure, lighting intensity, Radiation and biosafety etc.
Conduct IH results analysis and lead improvement to ensure the exposure level are within limits
Work with GHS to ensure the health surveillance program includes IH requirements e.g. audiometry, lever function test, lung function test, fit test
Ensure that PPE include RPE (Respiratory protective equipment) has been selected base on the risk and conduct the fit test for RPE and well maintain
Assist EHS&S manager to achieve J&J corporate, regional goals and targets
Assist EHS&S Manager in preparing the document for EHS assessment.
Support EHSS related task such as the Good saves, communication & training include the EHSS inspection /Gemba walk
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor degree or higher in engineering or occupational health and safety field
- Certification of Safety officer - occupational level is required
- Possess strong leadership with a good interpersonal skills, Excellent communications (Written and spoken English and the Native Language)
- Newly graduate or 2-3 years in safety management system/factory works
- 2-3 years work experience in petrochemical plant is an advantage
- Fluent in English and high learning capability
- ทำงานวันจันทร์-ศุกร์ 08.00-17.00 น.
