รายละเอียดงาน
Key Responsibilities:
1. Upkeep of machines to achieve targeted production
2. Planning and scheduling all maintenance jobs.
3. Preventive maintenance planning and follow up as planned.
4. Manage contractors and suppliers to ensure they meet company requirements.
5. Responsible for project management and budget management.
6. Installation & commissioning of new machines and support validation process
7. Monitor & control inventory for machineries, tools and spare parts.
8. Manage and develop performance of Maintenance team to meet Company's objectives and targets.
9. Drive continuous improvement process throughout the department
10. Manage, coach and mentor to Engineer, Supervisor and Technicians

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
2. At least 6 years of experience in maintenance engineering from manufacturing industry
3. Experience in PLC programming & trouble shooting (Mitsubishi, Omron, Schneider etc, HMI, VFD & Automated machines
4. Excellent analytical and logical thinking to make decisions and solve problems in any situations
5. Good command of English
6. Strong people management, leader skill and presentation skill
7. Have management skill and able to plan and set KPI for maintenance function
8. Excellent communication, presentation, organization and interpersonal skills.
9. Team Leader, able to demonstrate strong leadership capabilities
10. Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making
