Responsibilities
Job Summary & Purpose:
The Store manager is responsible for directing and managing all areas of assigned store (under the company policy) to ensure that target sales and profits, and total cus-tomer satisfaction are achieved.
Principal Accountabilities:
-To manage the assigned store to meet store target both financial aspects and opera-tional standard aspects (Store Appearance, Product variety, etc.).
-To create schedule shift hours that would best suit the store operation
- Define targets and create machine maintenance plans in line with company policies and objectives.
- Manage received targets and budgets for machine maintenance
- Ensure optimal efficiency of all machinery.
- Develop, rectify, and improve machines and production systems to enhance efficiency and capacity according to set targets.
- Improve work processes for greater effectiveness and efficiency.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Engineering team to enhance skills and competencies.
