Take Responsible for project budget calculation and cost control.
 Conduct detailed and accurate cost estimate for tender, managed the tender process, encompassing all project phases, overhead expenses and preliminary costs.
 Optimize project cost through value engineering in design, materials and contractor selection.
 Contracting for all project phases, from pre-construction to construction stages, including structural, finishing, ID, M&E works, and more.
 Evaluate and certify of contractor payments. Handle all contractual issue and variation orders.
 Initiate the procurement processes through quotations and skilfully negotiated prices with diverse contractors and suppliers.
 Conduct weekly site inspections to verify work compliance with contract standards and promptly communicate findings to our management team.
 Foster positive relationships with clients, consultants, architects, colleagues, contractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
 Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
