1.Maintain and monitor project plans,project schedules,work hours,budgets,and expenditures.
2.Organize,attend,and participate in stakeholder meetings.

1. Responsible for the design and development of new products and new technological processes, tackling key problems in machining technology in the development of new products.
2. Make high quality CNC prototype efficiently according to 2D/3D drawing from R&D team. Setting CNC Machine and robot programs.
3. Prepare engineering drawings, writing standard work instructions and other related documents.
4. Continuous improvement to enhance the efficiency of CNC machining.
5. Define and optimize manufacturing process, Select/Design a proper/economic fixture/tools to assist in production.
6. Regular maintenance on the machines in the wood workshop. Repair CNC when failure occurs.
7. Support all engineering change activities impacting the manufacturing process, lead process problem solving/root cause analysis.
8. Technical data sorting and archiving. Record and archiving of relevant production reports.
9. Continuously learn new skills and upgrade product technology, training CNC operator skills
10.Test CNC Machine and Report.
