ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
• Make quotation of internal job and agreement with internal customer, planned and assigned activities to subordinate.
• Assisted project planning teams by providing data on scheduling, cost estimations and project scope calculations.
• Oversaw, mentored and trained junior designers providing guidance
• Facilitated and coordinated project meetings with design team and other discipline such as civil, machine, electrical, project and purchasing.
• Participated in design reviews for new construction, analyzing planned piping, conduits and engineering models.
• Develop piping system materials list (pipe, fittings, valves and flanges) for each project according to project specification base on international standard such as ASTM, ASME, DIN and GOST.
• Develop P&ID process flow diagram (PFD)according to
• Make equipment specification for purchasing such as pumps and filters.
• Located positions of large bore pipe, equipment, and pipe supports.
• Design 3D models according to P&ID use program AVEVA E3D (PDMS).
• Generate 2D drawings sets, piping general arrangement (GA, PAD, PSL), piping isometric drawing (ISO) and equipment layout.
• Make bill of materials (BOM) of piping system and support for purchasing department.
• Support client, site and workshop for any technical clarification needed.
• Occasional oversea travelling related to work to Italy, China, Vietnam, Indonesia and Myanmar.
