- Ensure adherence to General civil aviation authority (GCAA) and the company safety standard procedures and regulations.
- Conduct pre-flight check onboard emergency equipment including first aid kits to ensure proper functionality in order to assist with emergency situations during flight.
- Deliver the ‘world’s best In-flight experience’ by being attentive and responsive to customers’ needs.
- Tailor the service offered to meet the individual needs of each and every customer in order to create a ‘the private jet’ experience.
- Demonstrate enhanced knowledge of all service standards and procedures, premium products and services and overall department and corporate information.
- Liaise with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the premium cabin including support and assist other cabins dependent on operational requirements.

- Monitor for anomalies and erroneous occurrences in the test log and took appropriate recovery and reporting actions.
- Submit defects/bugs to resolve failures in quality,
- Verify changes in build and confirm that change Requests are complete and
- Make ongoing summary evaluations of the quality of the product/system.
