Handle all HR Functions including Recruitment, Payroll, Employment Contract, Thai Labor Law, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Evaluation and Disciplinary action etc. for all types of employment services.
Supervise employment service team and manage approximately 300-400 employees
under employment services in various types of projects.
Handle and solve daily Human Resource operation issues with both clients and employees.
Assist to Division Manager for Business Development regarding payroll and outsource
services in terms of services proposal, pricing negotiation, services presentation,
client satisfaction and retention etc.
Provide HR Counseling to Clients regarding Thai Labor Law, Remuneration package management, Disciplinary actions, etc.
Recruit and select PC staff to our client as per assignments and coordinate with a relevant person in term of HR administration.
Support to Accounting department in term of SSO 1-10, PND 1, PND 1 K and workmen compensation.
Prepare all reports to the clients and Adecco Consulting.
Responsible to onsite-visit the client on weekly and in monthly.
