• Process quotations, tender documents and orders so that customer orders are dispatched, invoiced, and paid accurately and timely.
• Answer internal and customer enquiries on product availability, prices, delivery times, and the status of orders so that enquiries are dealt with promptly and accurately.
• Communicate with staff in other areas in the company, such as Customer Care Center and Distribution Center to confirm the status of orders and resolve customer complaints.
• Draft sales documentation, proposals, reports, and correspondences such as sales contracts and maintenance agreements.
• Run standard calculations to accurately compile and prepare report statistics such as Sales report, Incentives/commission, traveling allowance.
• Use databases or other computerized systems to maintain up-to-date customer records; to track the status of orders and deliveries; to maintain sales incentives and expense records; and to generate sales reports and statistics.
• Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.
• Support team/function goals to ensure goals are well-defined and clearly communicated.
Actively support the preparation of required sales and marketing campaign i.e. promotion, exhibition, and event to attract existing and new clients.
Coordinate with PM for necessary assignments i.e. preparing gimmick, brochure and trip arrangements.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis efforts as required.
Maintain and update customers relationship Management (CRM) database.
Carry on day-to-day operation of CRM system and to update customers profiles.
Schedule we-based conference call as assigned.
Ensure that sale and marketing representative report Sales and Marketing Manager as scheduled.
Responsible for marketing and sales tools/ assets/ material stock cards/ report to ensure that they are well-kept at all times.
Support incoming enquiries, co-ordinate client meetings and support tender preparation.
Implement ways of maintaining relationships with all new, current and past clients.
Continually reviews and improve sales literature and marketing/ advertising materials.
Provide other administrative supports and assignments as requires.
