Verita Life is a clinic that providing complementary and alternative cancer treatments, based in Germany, Austria, Russia and Thailand. Most of patients in Thailand clinic are from Australia, England and The United States. My responsibilities are develop highly professional client service relationship among customer to meet their satisfaction, such as manage booking and scheduling, coordinate with internal and external teams, hospitals, doctors, patients and their family. Report and response to all inquiries and requests for information and prospective. Preparing invoice, handling payment cash and credit card and issuing receipt. Moreover, also preparing for any emergency call during the night.

Manage the front desk by receiving incoming calls, emails to manage booking for the restaurant. Keep records of guests also ensure that clients make payment for services before they exit the restaurant. Collaborate and communicate with other staff and the management to ensure that we can service customers to meet their needs and satisfaction.
