รายละเอียดงาน
JOB DESCRIPTION(S):
• Handling of account receivable, account payable, fixed assets and general ledger transactions.
• Managing day to day accounting operations, collections and payments.
• Preparation of receipts, cheques, vouchers and invoices.
• Reconcile the account receivable and account payable ledger to ensure that all receivable and payments are accounted for and properly posted.
• Monitoring account receivable, maximizing cash collection and improve the customer aging.
• Preparation of Withholding Income Tax reports and submittal of reports to Revenue Department.
• Preparation of monthly VAT report accountancy reports.
• Handling of bank reconciliations. Cash flow duties.
• Maintaining accounting practices to ensure the accurate, completeness and timely quarterly and year-end closing.
• Preparing management reports monthly and ad-hoc reports upon request.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. • Male or female, and Thai nationality.
2. • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
3. • Proven working 0-3 years of experience
4. • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices and collection regulations.
5. • Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records.
6. • Data entry skills.
7. • Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting software.(Oracle program is advantaged).
8. • Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
9. • Good communication skills
10. • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required
