รายละเอียดงาน
•Lead new product development starting from product concept, and manage the development process in order to ensure that it meets customer expectation and fulfill their satisfaction.
•Study and search all info related to new product concept, ingredient, or development process. Able to keep update on global product trend.
•Assess the technical feasibility of the new products (processing, food safety, regulatory and packaging).
•Interpret Marketing consumer needs into a product prototype taking into consideration regulatory, nutrition, product technology, and capabilities.
•Works with operations to develop new processes / procedures and ensure that product development efforts are compatible and beneficial to the manufacturing capabilities, also to ensure low cost production and short production times while maintaining quality standards
•Review and approve product formulation for industrialization, as well as the change of production.
•Prepare the R&D annual budget, and manage effectively the departmental budget and have it aligned with company policy and business direction.
•Coordinate plant trial, preparation of sales samples and production startup.
•Analyze and review the relevant monthly or yearly report for continuous improvement. Manage department performance and drive the team to have it achieved as targeted.
•Reporting to the Managing Director, This position will often working and interacting with the Managing Director, Plant Manager ,Marketing &Sale Department ,Production Manager, Planning Manager and other department heads.
•Handle other special projects as assigned.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Male or female, age 32 up.
2. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Food Technology or relate field.
3. Have at least 7 years' experience in Research & Development department in food industry, project management and sensory evaluation. Direct experiences in Chicken Meat or Pork Meat is preferable.
4. Good initiative for new product concept /development, and keep update on global product trend and catch up with marketing demand.
5. Thorough understanding and knowledge of ISO 9001, 22000 system, Halal, GMP and HACCP.
6. Good level of English language skills is necessary
7. Possess strong leadership. Good problem solving and decision making.
