รายละเอียดงาน
• Work cross functionally with Operations and Maintenance teams to optimize electrical performance and solve day-to-day issues in the field.
• Perform root cause analysis investigations related to electrical failures.
• Ensuring all machines is in good condition without any problem ready for production in accordance with Preventive Maintenance Plan.
• Interface with vendors and support procurement to bring electrical replacement parts to the plant.
• Use Plant Instrumentation, Management of Change and the work processes necessary to implement corrective actions and changes.
• Write specs and data sheets for electrical.
• Coach and train the Electrical Technicians in troubleshooting and repair of process equipment to ensure effective precision maintenance.
• Assist with development of outage scope and support outages throughout all stages.
• Drive regular documentation of repair records, verifying and auditing proper work methods.
• Support and participate Quality System Activities.
• Responsibility for Energy saving in factory.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Bachelor degree or above major Electrical Engineering or related.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in the Electrical Field.
3. Engineering experience in the Particle Board business or the wood industry is preferred
4. Experience with plant safety and maintenance systems including process safety management, reliability and safe work practices.
5. Good English communication in speaking, reading and written
