รายละเอียดงาน
- Maintain full knowledge of all beverage lists, promotions, prices, and preparation methods
- Train staff on proper service techniques, wine list information, and upselling
- Develop creative promotional activities to increase sales, such as drink specials, happy hours, and themed events.
- Ensure that all food, beverages are prepared and served in a timely, efficient, and consistent manner.
Resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Perform opening and closing duties, such as stocking supplies, setting up bar, and cleaning equipment
- Prepare financial reports, such as income statements and balance sheets

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Male / Female age 30-40 years old.
2. Good command in English and computer literacy. .
3. 4-5 years experience in Food & Beverage (can design & coffee making is advantage)
4. Good personality with excellent communication and strong service-minded
